![]() ![]() ![]() that sounds like something that Telestream won't claim is their issue but rather yours with poor planning and setup. Fortunately the place has a backdoor but I probably lost any chance of working with that client again. After trying several times with different attempts to get the BMMiniRecorders going again I had to reconnect my main camera to a Magwell hdmi capture device to get it to work again and was able to get back on with 3 minutes to go in the game. When I did NONE of my cameras were picked up except the low res webcam that was capturing the scoreboard. In the 4th quarter of packed gym of screaming fans of a tied game with about 1000 people watching online, a thunderbolt chord got pulled out of my main end- to -end camera and I had to restart. Last Night I was streaming a high school tournament championship basketball game with four camera’s, 3 of them using BMMRs with a thunderbolt cord. ![]() Matthew Potter Not being able to plug in a camera source after Wirecast has started is not a bug - it’s a curse! I’ve asked for that feature for years but still live with the fear that someone will pull a thunderbolt cable out of its connection and I will lose that camera until I shut the whole stream down to restart Wirecast. ![]()
